1991- (15 years) Volunteered for Toronto Tastes Event

1989- (12 years) Served for New Year's Party for Japanese business organizations

1999 Catered and lectured in a live music and food event, collaborated with a grandson of Felix Mendelssohn in a city of Perigord, France.

2002- (8 years) Christmas luncheon for Console General Japan

2003 Yoyoma Silk Road event

2006 Catered for the players of the Seattle Mariners including Ichiro in a charity mayor foundation in Seattle

2007 lectured for Japanese-week event for an amity between Honduras and Japan in Honduras, invited from Japanese ambassador and worked with Izutsu of Kaiseki Sakura at the event.

2011 Japan Earthquake and Tunami Devastation fund-raising charity events at several locations across Toronto

Several years Toronto Wild Life charity event
